Jovine Design is currently seeking to hire a Product Manager, Digital Streaming & E-commerce to develop a digital streaming, live-selling e-commerce platform for fashion and interior design products, including managing technology resources and priorities, creating and developing new platform features, and improving existing features.

 

Duties include:

• planning and coordinating the work of software developers, analysts, designers, and quality assurance engineers on multiple simultaneous projects;

• leading and directing a cross-functional team and consulting with key partners, including both technical and business stakeholders, to create product development and marketing strategy and launch new products in high-growth markets;

• maintaining project schedules to ensure on-time completion and delivery; distilling high-level goals into features and ticket-level work to complete large projects;

• ensuring that project parameters and specifications meet client needs;

• utilizing design thinking to develop and improve technology products, as well as ensure impactful e-commerce user experiences and increase user engagement;

• working with clients, business partners, and other stakeholders to understand product needs, resolve product issues, and develop solutions to improve the user experience and develop business growth opportunities (new markets, new products, new partnerships);

• developing analytics dashboards and continuously analyzing and testing KPIs and other metrics using multivariate testing and other quantitative tools to develop sales and marketing strategies and optimize and improve client acquisition and retention;

• analyzing and assessing a variety of business opportunities and problems to develop, recommend, and present effective solutions to management and business partners;

• supporting and coaching new company hires; and providing company leadership with regular project updates.

 

 

Please note that this position is not responsible for managing other workers but only coordinates the activities of the noted team members.

 

This position requires:

(1) Bachelor’s degree in information systems or very closely-related field.

(2) 24 months of experience in a Product Manager position for developing new digital streaming platforms for consumer apps and increasing user engagement, as well as designing analytic dashboards to analyze and test KPIs and other metrics using multivariate testing and other quantitative tools; working with technical and business stakeholders; managing multiple projects simultaneously; and distilling high-level goals into features and ticket-level work to complete large projects.
